Announcement to all visitors/members

I am going to move several forums to another server and this could mean a day or 2 of downtime. Is there a way to notify every person, member or non, that visits the forum via an instant popup msg?

This would ensure that even non registered members receive notification.

Why don't you just make a global announcement that will appear at the top of all forums....

You could send a mass email to your users about the subject, and place a global announcement for your guests to read.

Yea, wanted to do the mass email thing but have yet to have success, buts thats another thread. The popup seemed like the best option but looks like it may not exist.

The ACP Announcement Centre Mod has the ability to post to both members and guests, view my board as a guest and you'll see it. And you can post the same message to both or different messages.

Sounds like exactly what Im looking for, but when I click the link in your profile it returns this in Chrome, Firefox, and Explorer

Yes that's the one, I personally like it. And yes my board was offline tonight for a few minutes, don't yet know what happened, very unusual occurrence.
