Hello, i want users to wait for example 10 seconds before they can post again. Where to fix this ?

Number of seconds a user must wait between posting new messages. To enable users to ignore this alter their permissions.

The default setting is 15 seconds.

Do you think setting it to 60 seconds would cause problems for users?

The only difference is they will need to wait a minute before posting again.
Depends on your board's activity if this matters or not.

That flood limit also applies to edits.
If your user notices a mistake, they would have to wait a minute before submitting a correction.

That's not very good.

People usually notice typos right away....

I bet they would get annoyed.
