because trying to help without the information it contains is like you going to the mechanic and telling him your car is not working but not letting him see the car to try to figure it out.
there are many things we can tell by looking at the board,
we can see all of the html files for instance to check the code etc.
as long as I have been doing this, I am still amazed that people do not automatically post a link.
it is just common sense to me.
