How do i post pics?

having trouble posting pics in forum.
its running phpBB3.

the pics do post, but on top of the pic the word "ATTACHMENTS" appears.
this is where3 ive used the "upload attachment" method at the bottom of the post.

i presume the right way to put a pic in the post is usin method.
if so how do i get the pic in between the tags?

will be very grateful for help on this and a big thanks

If you don't want to use attachments then the picture needs to be hosted somewhere such as imageshack or photobucket then you can enter the full address with image tags around it.
Such as

in your experience, is imageshack the best site to host my pics?

You can also just upload them to a folder on your host server and link to them from there.

There are lots of sites like that. They're all pretty similar. I personally use imageshack but any of them will do really.

The only caveat with that is that it uses up your bandwidth instead of someone elses.

will use imageshack too but will try stevemaury's method first if i can.
