Nope, I see the same as Pit$Bull - I'm using Safari so it's not a FF issue.

well then its every other browser thats not Inernet Explorer,because i see them fine.

As Pit$bull said, phpBB will not work on a free GoDaddy account.
Your host is injecting ads on the front of every single file.
IExplore can handle a stylesheet with ads on the front, but Firefox cannot. That is why it appear to have no style with Firefox.
The reason your captcha is not working, is that GoDaddy is injecting ads into front of the captcha image file, which breaks the image.
