Add YouTube only on a designated forum?

Is it possible to have a youtube mod button just show on a designated forum just for videos as opposed to all the forums on a board? It would seem enabling "Display on posting page" goes across the whole board and would just like to be enabled to a particular forum.

It would be possible to hide or show the buttons for ALL custom bbcodes on a per forum basis, but users could still manually type in the code.

How to do that depends on your style, so if interested, post back with that info.

I am using ProSilver SE.

I'd love to just let users post youtube videos ONLY on the video section.
Most won't know how to add it without the youtube button. For those who just use the code when innaproriate, a delete or warning will be carried through.
