When did your problem begin? Only noticed after installing 3.0.6 but does not mean it didn't exist before
Please describe your problem. After installing 3.0.6 having been on 3.0.0, full file replacement followed by db update, I was testing out the Newly Registered Users group. I went through the ACP to Manage Users and typed in the username then clicked on Test User's Permissions. I made a post in a test forum to check that the Newly Registered Users group worked and that it required a moderator to approve the post. All looked good, however, later when checking out somehting else, I noticed that the post I made as the user when testing user permissions had my username attached to it and was waiting approval. This appears the same in either style. If the post was made in my name then why is it waiting approval? If testing out user permissions, should any posts made be under the user's name or admins name?

When you are testing another user's permissions, you are still you.
That post was made by you, so it should have your name on it.
