Hi,
For a school project I have to make a community and we chose to have a phpBB forum as a part of it. Thing is, the community should be completely open, so you don't have to register or login to post or be a part of it. I've set the permissions so that guests can post, but I can't find anything to enable guests to open topics.
I realize this would open the forum for spammers and such, but I've discussed it with the rest of my group and we've chosen to take that risk.

Sorry, right after opening this topic I went to look at everything again and found it. So the problem is solved
