approving post be for they show

for some reason every time i go to my forum it says i have to approve the comments
is there any way i can turn it off so they can just post ?
ive checked every were and cant find it

Does this only happen to people with less than 3 posts?

That is done by the Newly Registered Users group.
You can turn it off in General -> User registration settings and set the amount of required posts to 0.

In case this happends to people with more posts too, go to Permissions -> Groups' forum permissions, select the Registered Users group and forums, click Advanced permissions and set under the Misc tab the option 'Can post without approval' to Yes.
