Amending Registration text

Hi. Im trying to amend (in dreamweaver) the text in the registration page. I thought I had simply added a section of text with some html. When I upload it, that screen just doesnt appear, stays blank. Can someone please point out where I have gone wrong. Here is what I have entered after the
'TERMS_OF_USE_CONTENT' => ':

You went wrong at the moment you decided to use dreamweaver.
To edit phpBB3 files use a plain text editor capable of saving UTF8 without BOM. Just Google for e.g. Notepad++ or Notepad2. (Don't use Windows Notepad.)

ah. many thanks!
I did try it first just by using bold html tags, it did work, so assumed it would be ok. Ill do as you say.
