Word Censoring & BBCode

Hello,
I'm having a problem with the Word Censoring. I guess it don't really work the way I want it to but anyway here is my question..

Let say the word "phpbb"
and I replace it with "{url=http://www.phpbb.com}phpbb{/url}" {=[ }=]

When I view the post is shows {url=http://www.phpbb.com}phpbb{/url} and not phpbb

Is there a way to make this work???????
or will a mod need to be requested...

I dont think this is a bug.. I think I need a mod...
Will BBcode work in Word Censoring??

What exactly do you mean. I've read it, but I don't understand it.

Do you mean if word "ABC" is a banned word and you use "[ABC]" in your BBCode, will it get censored?

Or, if "DEF" is a banned word, and you want "[BBCODE]DEF[/BBCODE]", will it get censored?

In a post is the word phpbb

In the censoring list i have the word phpbb
and its replacement is the link to phpbb [u r l = http://phpbb.com ]phpbb[ / u r l ]

but in the post is show [u r l = http://phpbb.com ]phpbb[ / u r l ] and not the link

apparently you can't do it. I just tried with bbcode and html and it just displays whatever characters you enter.
It makes sense that it would work this way. however, in phpbb2 I believe we could do this.

The replacement text will be presented as is, without being parsed.
You would need a mod to parse the replacement text for a censored word.

Yes I remember doing this in phpbb2... Is there any mod in phpbb3 that would make this work??

have a look in the MOD forums.

that is what we would have to do to find one if it exists.

IF you can't find one, then you can request one in the MOD request forum.
