How to inherit time/date format?

Post by pororo »

I would like to make all users inherit the time/date format set in the ACP.

I know that users that registers now inherits the format set in the ACP but I want the users that are already registered to use the time/date format newly set in the ACP.

Any SQL commands I can use?

Thx in advance! ;)

The user sets his/her own time zone in the user control panel. The ACP time is for guests and not logged in users and is usually set to UTC.

I know that. I just want to make it so that every user uses the time/date format set in the ACP. I don't want to alter the timezone but only the time/date format, not timezone.

Oh, I guess it's not as simple as injecting an SQL command of some sort.

I don't think making a MOD for something like this do justice to the MOD maker for his time and efforts. I think I'll wait and see if anyone else has any other way than a MOD.

Thanks for your reply. Appreciate it. :)
