[Problem] Time spent on PHP - Forum slowly

I have 2 forum running phpbb3 in 1 server.
forum 1: [removed] - it's work great and fast load with 3.0.5 and more MODs
forum 2: [removed] - it's not works stable with phpbb 3.0.7 PL1 and more MODs, sometimes quickly, sometimes slowly (forum 1 always quickly). When forum load slowly, i try view "Explain" SQL Report (at bottom forum), and i saw "Time spent on PHP" very high...

Problem with forum 2, is it come from my server or phpbb source code (added MODs)??? (Note: forum 1 work smoothly)

Forum 1: 3.0.5 + mods is stable and fast?
Forum 2: 3.0.7-PL1 + mods is un-stable and slow?

Are both these boards on the same server or even with the same host?

Are the same exact MODs installed on each forum?

Using the Explain page, you should be able to determine using the Before/After times where the lag is occurring.

Can you please post a list of the MODs you have installed?
