Certain username changes

Ok, I not long started a phpbb3 forum, I want to get some of my forum staff to be able to change there username, but I dont want non-staff members to change there nick..

Is there a way I can get this working with out me keeping to go to the ACP to change it for them?

Administration Control Panel
Permissions
Users’ Permissions
Select user
Advanced Permissions
Profile
Can change username - click to yes

Or

If they are members of the one group and you want to give them all the same permission

Permissions
Groups’ permissions
Profile
Can change username - click yes

It's vice versa, in fact. With that MOD, you only get change-requests - doesn't satisfy your needs. Just give the user's you want to additional permissions as described above, then they can change their name in the UCP for themselves without accessing ACP.
