single session for two forums

Hi All,
please redirect me if I am wrong.
I have two forums like as follow
http://www.themayashare.com/aratai/
http://www.themayashare.com/forum/
I have two doubts,
1. for phpbb3 forums is there any multilingual mod is there?
2. I need single single sign in between the above two server ( functionality as same as wp-united).

Please help me

To clarify, well its kinda possible but that's not something for the fainthearted. You'll have to completely rewrite the phpBB session system to make this possible. AFAIK nobody posted a working solution publicly but I know that its done in some very specific cases.
This indeed can not be done with a vanilla phpBB installation due to the way phpBB handles sessions and related data. It will always overwrite certain data when switching between the boards and with that cause various issues.
