"Site admin" is the default Rank of the Administrators usergroup, as well as its default red color.

If you set the Administrators group as that user's Default group, he should inherit both.

If you are asking for his name to be in the color of the Administrators group, and his rank tho display as Site Admin, then use what Brf said above. If the user isn't already in the Administrators group, add them to it.

Go into Manage Groups
select Administrators "Members"
checkmark the user, select "make group default for member" and submit.

You should be able to change your username in either your User control panel, or the Admin control panel in Manage Users.

In the Admin control panel select your own user in Manage Users
On your overview page, type a new username in the Username box and submit.
