I'd like to create a database in my forum and I'd like some ideas how it could be done.
I plan to open a new category which can be seen and searched only by the school management and I can do it.
In that category a would open forums of classes as follows:
Class 3 etc
In those forums I would open topics and every topic would be named by a different student's name.
That's also possible and I can do it.
So when some one from the management searches for a student he can find the topic which is named by that student.
Now, I'd like to put data of students in the topics and I have two ideas:
1) I can convert word documents with students data to pdf and from pdf to jpg.
Jpg would be uploaded to the server and there would be a link so when the topic with name of a particular student would be opened there could be seen an A4 jpg with students' data.
2) Another idea is to convert pdf to HTML and paste it to that topic so the data of students would be easier for updating and more protected.
At the moment I am looking for the way to post HTML but I can't find it.
If anyone has a better idea of database management in this case I would appreciate to consider it as a solution to my issue.
