How to increase topic title length in 3.0.8? SOLVED.

I had this working in 3.0.4 but after using the update package to get me to 3.0.8 I am now stuck with 60 character topic titles again. I have searched through all of the previous topics regarding this change and they all mention editting a functions_posting.php file in the includes/ directory. But I dont see that file now, I do see a functions_post.php file but it doesn't have the same code in it that is referenced in every other topic regarding this change.

I just want to increase the topic title length to 85.

If you are seeing a "functions_post.php", that would be from an old phpBB-2 installation.
phpBB-3 uses functions_posting.php

Thanks for the answer, you are right. I was in the wrong includes folder like a big dummy. I found the correct folder and then this change allowed me to edit the topic title length:
