ACP Problem

On the General Tab in my ACP I can access everything except 'Avatar Settings', which gives me the message:

The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.mysite.com/forums/adm/index.php?sid=ba8c57e736e50024b50de6be4c307382&i=board&mode=avatar. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.

I assume this is a conflict with a mod, or an incorrectly installed mod, and I have tried replacing various files with vanilla versions, but with no success.

Can anyone suggest to me which files I should be looking at? Help much appreciated.

The "avatar settings" under the GENERAL tab used /includes/acp/acp_board.php (in a vanilla file, the case starts at line 107).

Thanks. Replacing the file hasn't made any difference though. Back to the drawing board.
