Attechment Problem

my members are facing attechment problem that they cannot upload attechment size more then 2MB
i check the attechment setting and i did maximum size file attechment 15MB

error is

The attachment’s file size is too large, the maximum upload size is 2 MB.
Please note this is set in php.ini and cannot be overridden.

It looks like your host has set that filesize in php.ini (that file is to do with PHP not phpBB) You would have to speak to them or, modify it yourself if you are allowed to edit it.

You can also check:

ACP> General> Board configuration> Attachment settings> Maximum file size :

ACP> Posting> Manage extension groups> select the extension type, edit Maximum file size:

i checked all settings and all are ok so now trying to contact with Host
