Hello!

I'm trying to enable it so it adds that [This post has been edited] even if the user doesn't supply a reason.

Do I have to add something code wise, or is it in the ACP or so?

Did that, it was checked yes, and I tested it out by using an old post to edit, and it still requires reason for the edit for the [Last edited by *] to show up.

Depends on the editing time and whether the topic has been replied to prior to the edit.
