How to change highlighted text BG color?

in the posting form text area, I currently am having an issue with highlight colors and can't find the right CSS attribute to change.

Here's what is happening...

When I am editing text and want to left-click & hold to highlight a string of text, there is no background color change to show what text has been selected. The only indicator i have is the cursor itself.

What needs to be changed??

I'm not sure if this is a phpBB problem (I just highlighted text here and on a non-phpBB site - PCWord and the color was the same). What browser are you using?

Firefox v3.6.18 for WinXP

but now that i look at it a bit more, i think you are probably right.
