How to change PHPBB3 Header link to home index.html

I want to change the link on the main phpbb3 logo header so when clicked it takes the user to the main front page instead of the phpbb3 front page. Phpbb3 is intalled under a folder called phpbb3 under the root directory. Thanks for reading.

open overall_header.html

Find

Code: Select all

<div id="site-description">
<a href="{U_INDEX}" title="{L_INDEX}" id="logo">{SITE_LOGO_IMG}</a>

Change {U_INDEX} to whatever you want it to link to

<a href="http://www.mydomain.com" title="This is what it will have on mouse over" id="logo">{SITE_LOGO_IMG}</a>

Refresh Template and purge cache

I'm a complete newbie, but I don't think this works so well in the current version. As a minor point, it was hard to find the overall_header.html file which exists in adm/style and also in styles/prosilver/template and in the /subsilver2/template folder
