Are you meaning installing a MOD or making your own MOD?

If installing your own MOD, look at the following:
http://www.phpbb.com/kb/article/how-to-install-mods/
http://www.phpbb.com/mods/installing/
http://www.phpbb.com/kb/article/install ... right-way/

Making your own, you need a basic understanding in HTML, CSS, etc. And some PHP (phpBB runs in PHP so the MOD will have to be written in PHP). As well as understanding how phpBB runs

If you are looking to write your own MODs, then have a look at the following pages:
Introduction to Writing MODs

phpBB Modifications Rules

If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!

If you can't understand articles meant to teach people how to do this, how do you think I can magically write some different words that will make it all clear? Support is on the forum, not by email or PM, thanks.

You really need to be sure exactly what MOD you need before installing it. Also check the Discussion/Support topic for the MOD before installing to see if there are any issues with it. Some MODs will also have a FAQ forum and it's always a good idea to check that.

You're going to need to be more specific than that. Exactly what are you talking about? Give us a specific example and we can give you a specific answer.

People sometimes say they don't understand the guides, but unless you say specifically what you don't understand we can't help and also can't improve the documentation.

Give a specific example. We can't guess what you don't know or can't understand.

You must also let us know if you are looking to install MODs or create a modification?
