I recently updated my boards [youtube] bbcode to match the latest embeding code from youtube.
I did this by creating a new [youtube2] bbcode to test it out and when I got it working I deleted my current code and renamed the [youtube2] to just [youtube] - so it basically replaced the orignal.
It works in exactly the same way as my original code, you place the full youtube link in the code like so...
However, all the old youtube videos on my forum are now no longer working. They just display the video link within the bbcode tags. I have to edit the post and re-submit it to get it working again. I don't actually edit anything in the post, just click edit and then submit. Which makes sense I guess, they need updating to use the correct code.
Is there any way to do this board-wide? Or can it only be done on each post individually?
