We have received several reports that some customers cannot access their websites. After receiving the reports, we have run extensive verifications and checks to establish the nature and the severity of the problem. It turned out that there is an unexpected network failure at one of our upstream network providers that affects the connectivity to your host server.
Unfortunately this is not an issue which we can fix because it is out of our network and the only thing we are able to do is wait until the carrier glitch is resolved. To make sure, though, that the problem will be fixed as soon as possible and to speed up the process, we have filed a report for the issue at our Data Center.
In order to fix such an issue faster, usually the large network providers are rerouting the traffic to another network. That is why we expect that the connectivity issue will be fixed shortly. However we cannot provide an ETA when this will happen. We have dealt in the past with connectivity issues, and experience shows that the administrators of the affected ISP are well aware of the issue and are doing their best to minimize the negative effect of such an event. Meanwhile you can check that your website is up and running by accessing it via Internet proxy such as http://webproxy.pro
We would like to apologize for the inconvenience and hassle this may have caused and assure you that we will do everything possible to restore service as soon as possible.
