Remove forum group but not moderator under Forum title

Got a small problem - I created a Senior Mods group but it's showing under all of the Forums. I'd actually like to leave it as it was - and not show the group.

I tried setting General > Load Settings Show mods to NO but it ALSO took off the member I'd like to leave on as the mod under the forum. i.e. I want to leave daisy1 but remove the Senior Moderators text.

How do I take the Senior Mods group off? Help?!? (The Senior Mods is a User defined group.)

If you intend the "Senior Moderators" to be able to moderate all of the forums, you can give them Global Mod permissions, rather than Forum Mod permissions. Then they would not show on the forumlist.
