Please run one more MySQL query and show the results.

Code: Select all

SELECT * FROM phpbb_modules WHERE module_class = 'acp' AND parent_id = 27
I expect you will see 4 results, where default it should show 3 results.

Don't know what all this is about but there is a difference between the modules in your db and the files in your include/acp folder and or include/acp/info folder.

It could be a file missing or it also could be a typo in the classnames in the files.
Maybe the php errorlog at your host can give you an answer where the problem is.

Than we need to dig down one level deeper with the following query:

Code: Select all

SELECT * FROM phpbb_modules WHERE parent_id = 30 AND module_class = 'acp'
Once again, that should return 3 rows.

I suggest you check to see if you have module id 76 in your database.

I just check it with fresh installation and it's gave me an error about the /info files too.
But all of them are in the folder, that's weird.

Are you the same person as nesmoke?

Then the problem is in your db and it differs from the files in info.
Probably it's in a classname I think.
The php errorlog should give you a name it can not find. Look for that name in your files.
Or pm me your files and db and I will look tomorrow at it.

You have created a module within module 76 (modules acp). That does not exist in a normal installation. Since you are not able to modify this in the ACP, I am suggesting, you remove that module using phpMyAdmin.
Run the query

Code: Select all

SELECT * FROM phpbb_modules WHERE parent_id = 76 AND module_class = 'acp'
That will give one result. You can remove that row by pressing the red cross in front of that row.
Because of removing that row directly from phpMyAdmin, the left/right ID's of the modules will not be correct anymore. To fix that, you need to run the Fix Left/Right ID's tool from the Support Toolkit once more.

(I could reproduce the error on my testboard and the solution as well.)
