The full style would be the desktop version of my board, meaning when you're viewing it on mobile, and not using the mobile style.

And unfortunately, I'm doing this on my localhost server first, before I add it to my live board.

ok, that file is not prosilver or subsilver2 so we really need to know what style is having the problem and for you to be sure the file you posted is from that style.
the code is correct in the post you just made.

If the language is there in the language file and the code is there in the html file then it would be working.

since the language has to be in the language file or it would not work anywhere, that only leaves the html file for that page. there is only one place in the phpbb style files where that line variable is used. that is the file mentioned above.

so, having said all of that, my guess is that you are looking at the html file for the wrong style.

The style it is not working on is my Artodia: Mobile and SEO style.
That /styles/art_mobile/templates/ucp_profile_reg_details.html file, is from the art_mobile folder on ym server, as my mobile style is the one having the problem.

It is a private board, and my host is doing some server maintenance, so it currently isn't accessible.

Still you can give the link. Anytime the board is available we will be able to see the style files.
If you don't want to post the URL here, you can PM it to a team member, e.g. me.

The thing is, I run a club here in my area, and it's only for club members.
I'm an Administrator on the Board, but the Founder has stated that only club members are allowed, no matter what. :S
