While back I had my forum sit up to let users register by email, and was not getting notification that I was getting any new users due to the sitting, Well I found out had a whole bunch of spam users registering around a 120 or so, I believe its some kink of script that is doing in or something, anyway I deleted all of the users, and sit to approve by admin, But the other day I got 120 email saying that those same people are back awaiting for approval, Now my question is since they do not show up in the members list is their away I can remove them all at once instead of one at a time ?

Manage users
inactive users

Sounds like you need to change your antispam settings. I get one a month if I'm unlucky.

ACP -> Users and Groups -> Inactive Users
That screen should show all of the accounts that have registered but not activated their account. :)
