Hi,
I'm trying to install the shout box extension but I cannot find my ext folder at all. Why is this?

Extensions are for phpBB 3.1 - you have posted in the 3.0 forum so, presumably,, you are using phpBB 3.0.x therefore you will either need to find a MOD or upgrade to phpBB 3.1
