cant compose messages as admin

cant compose messages

Iam having a small problem, When I go to new messages and click on compose message I get the following : You are not authorised to send private messages.

I checked and made certain that all hte admin permissions that iam aware of are sit to full
But I still get the error, any ideal what may be causing the error ?

Sending PMs is not an admin permission, it is a user permission. Use the Permissions mask for User-based permissions to see where your permission is blocked.

What do you man by permissions mask, I checked the users permission they all seem to be checked ok the only one I have sit to no is the Can use [flash] BBCode tag in private messages

Ok, I got it, how do I mass emails or posts to everyone at once its been a while and I forgot how to do it?

The first issue is fixed(?) so you should start a new topic if you have a second question as we prefer one subject one topic but ACP> System> mass email - the user guide is often a good place to go if you want to know how to do something for example [3.0] User guide - mass email.

Also, we have a 6 hour bump rule here, please observe it.
