delete common.php
upload again in ASCII mode

if that fails,
delete all PHP files, upload again in ASCII mode.

I deleted it and it isn't working - I have uploaded all of the files (Straight from the zip file)

How can I change the cmod thingys?

have you uploaded a fresh copy of common.php as suggested...? also to chmod you need to be running on a linux server and then right click a file in the ftp client window and select properties/chmod...

Well, the easiest way is to do it from your FTP client. I used SmartFTP, so the way I did it is to find the specific file on your web server, right click it, and choose Permission. Change it to 755. Usually it is set to 644 by certain web host.

common.php should be set to 644, not 755.
I appreciate gifts from my Amazon wishlist.
