Long load time please help

Post by bbrian017 »

This is from my site as of right now, the only thing I don't understand is my e-commerce suite, "which is also php" loads no problem while my phpbb forums load in this time .... below
Powered by phpBB 3.0.B5 © 2006 phpBB Group
Time : 49.207s | 5 Queries | GZIP : Off

This was the load time I just had coming to php.com

I just want to know if I should perhaps create a whole new db for phpbb forums. Think this db could have had too much done to it? I'm trying to figure this issue out but it's so rare and short lived when it happens I cannot get any support from my host. As of right now this is what I have for resources and what I use
Disk Space: 112.00 MB of 5000.00 MB (2.24%)
Bandwidth: 450.56 MB of 250000.00 MB (0.18%)

Too much done to it?
It's a beta install of phpBB3 that's being used for testing. What have you 'done' to it?

Fresh and clean install m8. Nothing has been added

I just created a new db and I am running phpbb3.0 on it now, and I can't believe the difference. I guess I just did too much to the other db and thats why it was running slow I don’t know.
