ACP -> Forums -> Manage forums.

Choose forum to be locked in the select box. (click on Go if you are not redirected)
Click on "Edit" on the next page.
Take a look on "General forum settings" and change "Forum status" to locked.

Ahha~ One shot finishing~ Thank you very much SIR~
So... How is if work "prune forum" on above?
Is this automatic forum lock or not? (during days option?)
I don't know how is this prune-forum so... :|
This will delete any topic which has not been posted to within the number of days you select. If you do not enter a number then all topics will be deleted. It will not remove topics in which polls are still running nor will it remove announcements. You will need to remove these topics manually.
Maybe automatics(?) fonction... Deleating all topics during days options...
(except for poll, announce, sticky... etc.) Yep~ I understand but not using yet.
Thank you anyway folks. ;)
