colors for usergroups do not work

Post by Minoesj » Tue Jun 26, 2007 1:19 pm

Yesterday I installed phpBB 3RC2 and I need to say it looks great, works great (although I think it goes slower) and the permissions have been made much better.

But I do have a few problems.

Like with the color used for usergroups.
I made two new usergroups, each with its own color.
After adding a few to the group, the color doesn't change but stays the in the color of the registered members.
What am I doing wrong? How do I make membernames show in the color from the usergroup I created?

I also have a comment about showing the post icon when you do not have permission to post. Wouldn't it be better if the post icon doesn't show up when you do not have the rights? Or at least another icon?

Anyway great work, finally a standart phpbb with all the options I always wanted!
Hope someone can help...

You need to make the group you want them in their default group, as it appears to me their current default group is registered members, this needs changing so their default group is for example moderators or whatever

Hopefully that makes sense
