Changing forum-style for all users, but not by 'override'...

I'm running a forum with 2 active styles, subSilver2 and ProGlass.
At first I only had the subSilver2-style, so all the 400+ users have this style as default.
I've now got ProGlass-installed aswell and want to change everybody over to this style, BUT... I still would like them to be able to switch back to subSilver2 if they want soo. So using the "override user style"-setting can not be used for this.
How can I make this happen?
Changing the user-settings in the database directly with phpMyAdmin perhaps?
Which SQL-codeline could I use for this?
