MOD Installation
Where can I go to learn how to install MODS onto a PHPBB 3 board? It seems to be different than PHPBB 2.

It's no different. You just follow the instructions in the text file or in the MODX page in your web browser. If you have a specific question about a MOD, please ask on the MOD's pre-existing thread in the MOD forum. Thanks.
