I get this when i am trying to add a image with the Img tag what is happening?

It looks like the allow_url_fopen directive or the getimagesize function is disabled, either allow them if they're disabled(probably something you should contact your host about, unless it's your server) or set the maximum dimensions of images to 0 in ACP->Post Settings.
