The COUNTDOWN how can i put this on my forums but a countdown until christmas.

I'd google out Countdown Generator and use one of the many results you will obtain, they will give you a prepared link/flash file that you can use after you enter the required details :)

I want a countdown that is in the header like here i have one that isnt but it is a pain and it sucks.

Yes how would i put that in my header with a transparent background.

I managed to get it up their but what code do i use to make it transparent?

It doesn't look like its possible with that generator.
It doesn't accept the transparent color for a variable.

You will need to match the background of where its posted.

Thanks, I was looking for something similar for my board.

I'd like to be able to get it to show on a specific forum only rather than the index page, is there a way of doing that?

Also, I note that script uses tables rather than CSS. I'm still trying to get the hang of using divs rather than tables for positioning. What CSS tags would I need to position it at the top of the viewforum page? Thanks.
