Ok here is what I am wanting to do.... I want upload files to my forum so other people can download them how would I go about doing this? I am using the latest version of PHPBB can someone help me out on this matter.

You can use the attachment feature for that, don't forget to set the right permission (group and forum) that users can download files and can attach files
