Locked out of admin panel?

Post by Trinity » Fri Apr 04, 2008 6:10 pm

For some reason, when I enter my login/pass in the admin panel, I get this:

General Error
You need to enter your password to access the Administration Control Panel.

Has my BB been hacked? I can't access my admin panel at all! I could access it like 2 hours ago and now all of a sudden I have the wrong password?

And what did you change or edit prior to this issue?

Nothing in the admin area that I know of.

Now I just did it and it works? I'm totally confused.

Did you change the style of your forum? This usually causes this kind of problem. The style that you are using is outofdate. To access your admin cp with an original style, When logged in to your admin account type this in your address bar : http://yoursite.com/yourforums/index.php?style=1 Then log in to your admin cp and disable that style that is causing the problem.
