How to subscribe a group to a forum?
For example as admin to set that all moderators to receive a notification when a new topic is posted in a specific forum section.

tell your mods to that subscribing to their forum is part of their job and that they can simply click the link at the bottom of the page to subscribe to all the forums they moderate
