can i change my registered users?

hey im new to the phpbb community. i currently own a forums and i found out how to change a users total posts as well as how many people voted in a poll. now i want to know can i in anyway change the number of users registered to my site? if so can anyone tell me where to find a step by step guide? thanks

i made a stupid bet with a friend for money...we both started a phpbb website and whoever has the most members by the end of may wins...the loser must close his site and redirect all his traffic to the winner...my friend has nearly 5 times as many users as me...

i can take losing the money
i can take losing my site
but i cant take his non stop gloating please help

you will need to add (register) the number of users or hardcode the correct number
