Download Documentation

Post by Capy_sp »

Hi,

I'm building a site and I want to know if I could download the documentation in pdf format or similar to print.

Thank you

As far as I know, the documentation is available only on line.

This has been noted already afaik. Whether it will happen in the near future, I don't know.
A community member did do this and posted it in the 3.0.x Discussions forums.
Maybe if you search there you might find it :)

Made this for my own use but I shall share, note I haven't put any particular effort into it so there are bits cut off where they go over the page and it is generally ugly. ;)

Thanks ToonArmy.

I've just copied from your link.

I tried copying the website, but that failed. How did you get it?

Thanks, I just downloaded it.
84 pages.
Now I can do a search on the docs.
Who would've ever though that would be a useful function to the end user?
Apparently not the phpbb docs team, if they even have one.

As the onlline documentation is still missing a few items, it would be pointless for us to make anything official before that's done

As the other topic was locked and this topic (from May) was bumped just to moan, I'm going to close it as well.
