It seemed to upload okay but I got a white screen in the step where it checks the archive for policy violations. The lack of feedback suggests something went wrong.

You may want to clean up your extension. Pretty much every file that's in a folder is duplicated in your root.

The issue still remains if I try to submit my extension that's 1,7Mb with no dups.
Hundreds of .png Flags instead.
I am not bound to submit it now, it needs a bit of time to be finished as I would.

I remember in the past I submitted it that was 2,8 MB or so on and wGeric changed something into I don't know (maybe max_file_size or the likes) and worked, but that was not Titania (2005/6 maybe?).. anyway.

3Di, max_upload_size is not the issue here, at least in the one from Mark.

Yikes! I see what you mean! I was not as careful as I should have been creating the archive. I republished it to my site. It doesn't really affect the size of the file. It's still about 1.6MB zipped. Thanks VSE.

I ran into this same issue as well. I include CKEditor, which at is own is 934KB zipped. The total package is 1.2MB.

Any news on this?

Trying to add it as an attachment to this topic gives a short HTTP500 and than redirects me to the post without uploading a file.
My extensions:

As I mentioned in the ticket:
This is going to require some rework of how submissions are handled once uploaded. Some sort of wizard will probably be needed to spread out the work being done.
Right now there are a few important issues with the CDB that require attention, this being one of them. Can't really tell you how long it will take to get this one resolved though as the issue is quite difficult to diagnose and resolve through code changes. Dont know why you're unable to attach it to this topic though. Probably a timeout.

This was one heck of a bear to tame, but this issue should now be resolved. Apologies for the delay.

The changes should also be an improvement to the experience when submitting a new revision. Proper feedback is now given to the user when submitting contributions instead of just a pair of buttons.

Let us know if you run into any further issues.

I was able to upload version 3.0.6 of my Smartfeed extension. Hooray! Hoping for quick approval now.
