submit_post function trigger event.

Hey,

I've been using an external page to post threads to the forum via the submit_post() function. And everything is working great. I started using this viewtopic.php?f=456&t=2490106 To post forum notifications to discord. Any data passed my external link doesn't work. But it works fine in mChat's new post message.

Was wondering if there was a way I would be able to trigger the event so it would work.
