However, adding a similar &redirect= GET variable to a logout link does not redirect the user after they've logged out.

I didn't see any events that trigger after a logout. I ran across this Logout Redirect extension, but I am using phpbb 3.3.5, and that is designed for 3.1.8, so it doesn't even work correctly. Plus, it only redirects to one specific url regardless of the source. I am trying to redirect them back to the place they logged out from, which may be from one of several other subdomains connected via single sign-on.
I'm sure I can hack some code into the ucp.php file to do this, but that is ugly and tends to break things next time there's an update, so I would very much prefer to do this the "right way" via an extension. Any ideas on a way to accomplish this?
