Can not login in phpbb 32x

I installed phpbb 32 (new) version - but no one can login - including admin.
I have to re-install 31x - all are fine.

I just saw a post, whose problem is vice versa - because his host may be upgraded.

I feel scare about this, I don't want a big modification on my forum (database etc) afterwards.

Can you fix the problem to let phpbb is compatible with different hosts?

The problem doesn't exist now for re-installed 31x.
I will try 32x again soon, then to the support template.
