I figured it out. Did not realize I needed to remove myself as a new registered user. Seems to be working now.

Hi, could you explain how you fixed this issue please? I have same problem and can't find a solution in forums. I don't see how I can remove myself as a 'new reg'd user' without ACP access and there is also no other admin...
Cheers.

@arkadin
By default the board founder is not in the Newly Registered Users group.

Please fill out the Support Request Template and post it back here to enable us to assist you better. The "When did your problem begin?" question means: Please describe the actions you took (updating your board, installing a style, an extension, etc.) prior to this problem becoming noticeable.

Thanks but if someone already has the answer then I don't need to post the question again ;)

I've actually solved the problem by simply installing 3.0.12 instead of 3.1.3 - fingers crossed...
